Shipping policy
Wherever possible we process and package orders 7 days a week and when orders are dispatched, you will receive an auto-generated email from us indicating the courier company we used, as well as the associated tracking number. If you did not receive the item within the estimated delivery period and the tracking number provided is not helping, please contact us. All items will be delivered to the shipping address provided unless otherwise agreed by us. Techoman Electronics will take reasonable care to dispatch your order within the estimated dispatch time frame provided in our listing.
The estimated shipping time frame is 1-6 business days after dispatch, depending on the shipping address and is subject to the limitations of our third party delivery companies. As such, we do not guarantee that the item will be delivered within the estimated delivery time frame. We cannot guarantee you will be compensated for any loss or damage in transit. The decision to compensate for a lost of damaged parcel will depend on the third party courier.
Orders are shipped “No signature required” unless Techoman Electronics requests a signature upon delivery. An additional fee of $6 applies if the purchaser specifically requests a signature is required on delivery.
Techoman Electronics Ltd may use any courier service available at its discretion.
We welcome customers to purchase additional items with shipping charged at checkout which enables combined item ordering - where all items purchased at the same time are included in the capped shipping charge.
