The Xiegu XPA125B (new version) is a 100-125 watt solid-state linear power amplifier for frequencies from 0.5 to 30Mhz and 50 to 54Mhz, with an integrated antenna tuner (1.8 to 30Mhz) and a big and bright display for monitoring the amplifier status. It is equipped with protections: temperature, overcurrent, detection of input and output. It's perfect for your QRP radio or low power SDR transceiver.
The XPA125B HF amplifier can be used with any QRP HF transceiver and is compatible with the Xiegu G90, X108G, X5105 and X6100 and it's with the automatic bandwidth and output power control function (ALC).
The large backlit 2.7 inch LCD display screen shows input/output power, SWR, Voltage, Current, Temperature, amplifier status as well as warning messages making the operation of this modern amplifier simple and also user friendly. The serial connection allows you to hook it up the computer to update the firmware.

Helpful Customer Feedback on the XPA125B ATU function.
The XPA125B needs ~5 watts to tune but with the XPA125B PA switch OFF so the amp doesn’t trip off on High Reverse Power. Once tuned, set transceiver to 3-4 watts output to produce 100 watts safely.
Follow these steps:
1. Keep the XPA125B powered up but switch the XPA125B PA (linear amplifier activity) to OFF.
2. Set transceiver mode to narrowband FM (NFM), not CW.
3. Set transceiver output to 5 watts.
4. Key mic to transmit 5 watts NFM while pushing the ATU/TUNE button (while set to appropriate band).
5. Tune all frequencies/bands you wish to use your XPA125B on.
6. Set transceiver output to 3-4 watts
7. Turn the PA (linear amplifier activity) to ON.
